Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may, ultimately at our discretion, return it for a full or partial refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be initiated within four (4) days of the purchase date.
RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return, please email customer service at team@rizz.app within four (4) days of the initial purchase date.
REFUNDS
After receiving and approving your return request, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days for us to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
EXCEPTIONS
Please Note returns will be refused if any of the following are true:

- ● You have uploaded more than 3gb of content to our servers.
